UEFA EURO 2024 Final Draw Takes Place
England to Face Spain in Final
Four pots have now been confirmed
The UEFA EURO 2024 final tournament draw took place in Hamburg on Saturday 2 December. The draw ceremony started at 1800 CET and saw the 24 qualified teams allocated to four pots based on their results in the UEFA Nations League 2022/23.
The four pots are as follows:
- Pot 1: Spain, England, Italy, France
- Pot 2: Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal
- Pot 3: Croatia, Denmark, Switzerland, Poland
- Pot 4: Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Slovakia
The draw was conducted by UEFA General Secretary Theodore Theodoridis and UEFA Competitions Director Giorgio Marchetti. The teams were drawn from Pot 1 to Pot 4, with each pot being drawn in turn. The first team drawn from each pot was placed in Group A, the second team drawn in Group B, and so on.
The UEFA EURO 2024 final tournament will be played in Germany from 14 June to 14 July 2024. The final will be played at the Olympiastadion in Berlin.
